Returns & Refunds

At M&M Products Quality Home Appliances Inc. our top priority is customer satisfaction. Given this we will work directly with you to help facilitate refunds or exchanges on several items we sell. Whether you have purchased a major appliance, small appliance, appliance part or accessory we will do what we can to accommodate your refund or exchange request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. Additionally, in the case of small appliances, appliance parts and appliance accessories the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note that you will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Standard Policies

  • All products have a minimum of 1 year manufacturer warranty (some exceptions apply)

  • All defects will be assessed by a technician prior to a return being authorized

  • No returns or exchanges on used or installed products.

In Store Returns

The easiest method to facilitate a return is to visit us in store. Our in store associates will be happy to process any eligible returns on your behalf. In addition to the item being returned please be sure to bring a copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase.

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us via phone at 905 689 0506 or by email at sales@qualityappliances.ca.

Exchanges

The best way to facilitate an exchange is to proceed follow our refund process for your original item. Once the return is accepted please place a separate purchase can be made for the new item. Please see the "Returns" section above for more information.

Return / Exchange Eligibility By Item Type

Major Appliances

Refunds or exchanges or major appliances which are unpackaged, installed and in used but like new condition are handled on a case by case basis.

If for any reason you are not satisficed with your major appliance purchase please contact us by phone at 905 689 0506 or by email at sales@qualityappliances.ca. We will be happy to discuss possible options and work with you towards a resolution.

Small Appliances / Appliance Parts / Appliance Accessories

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Small appliances, appliance parts and appliance accessories must be returned with all original packaging and be in an unused condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Please note some appliance parts such as electronic parts as well as special order parts cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Sale Items / Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Items Damaged Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items within your order upon delivery and contact us by phone at 905 689 0506 or by email at sales@qualityappliances.ca immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
